Abstract

ABSTRACT Eril Jesaya, 2014; The Influence of Attitude, Subjective Norm, Self Efficacy, and Personality on Entrepreneurial Intentions (Study at Students of Culinary Education Study Program of State University of Jakarta). Undergraduate Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Management Study Program, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To know the overview of attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy, personality and entrepreneurial intention of students of Culinary Education Study Program of State University Of Jakarta. 2) To know the influence of attitude on entrepreneurial intentions. 3) To know the influence of subjective norm on entrepreneurial intentions. 4) To know the influence of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention. 5) To know the influence of personality on entrepreneurial intention 6) To know the influence of attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy, and personality simultaneously on entrepreneurial intention. Research carried out by the simple random sampling method on 81 students of Culinary Education Study Program of State University Of Jakarta as respondents, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which is processed using SPSS 21.0. The results of the regression indicates that there is an influence of attitude on entrepreneurial intention, there is an influence of subjective norm on entrepreneurial intention, there is an influence of self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention, there is influence of personality on entrepreneurial intention. Attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy, and personality simultaneously influence the entrepreneurial intention. This research has figured out the score of attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy and personality on entrepreneurial intentions is 0,654 or 65,4% through the result of adjusted R value while the rest is 34,6% is influenced by the other factors. Key words: attitude, subjective norm, self efficacy, personality, entrepreneurial intentions.
