Abstract
ABSTRACT Fauzan Azis, 2014: Relationships Self Efficacy and Religiosity with Anxiety: Study on Non-Education College Students S1 in FE UNJ being Facing Final. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration in Human Resource Management, Program Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of this study were: 1) To find a description of self-efficacy, religiosity and anxiety of students who are completing the final task in S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ 2) To examine empirically the relationship between self-efficacy and anxiety of students who are completing the final task in S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ 3) To examine empirically the relationship of self-efficacy and anxiety of students who are completing the final task in S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ. The analysis conducted in this study was descriptive and correlational analysis. The study was conducted on 98 mahaiswa S1 Non-Education in FE UNJ being Facing Final using simple stratified random sampling method. While the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 17.0. The results showed that: 1) self-efficacy and significantly negatively associated with closeness being with anxiety 2) religiosity negatively and significantly associated with weak closeness with anxiety.
