Abstract
ABSTRACT Citra Monica, 2008; The Effect of Internal Performances Measurements (ROA, ROE, EPS, EVA) to the External Performances (MVA) on Various Industry Sector Companies in 2005-2010 period. Majoring S1 Management Study, Financial Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta The objectives of this research is to provide empirical evidence about the effects of internal performance measurements, Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS) and Economic Value Added (EVA) to external performance measurement, Market Value Added (MVA) either partially or simultaneously. The sample on this research were 22 firms on Various Industry Companies which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2005-2010 period, the number of obsevation were 102, taken by purposive sampling method. This research was using panel data analysis.The results of the research shows that ROA has significant effect to MVA, the probability of t-stat was 0.0169. Similarly, EVA has significant effect to MVA, probability of t-stat was 0.00. In this research, ROE and EPS didn’t have significant effect to MVA. They had probability of t-stat above 0,05.
