Abstract
VINCENTIA JATI SENASTRI. 2012. 8223097609. Analysis of Customer Loyalty at Transjakarta Busway Public Transportation. DIII Studies Programin Marketing Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Scientific workaims to determine how much the customer is the level of loyalty towards transportation Transjakarta Busway. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by using data gathered through a literature study and field observations. Transjakarta is one means of public transportation in Jakart ais currently the most used by the people of Jakarta. Since its inception eight years ago to the current ticket sales continue to rise annually. It was created because of the loyalty of customers who continue to want to use Transjakarta Busway as a means of transportation to carry out daily routines. To find out whether the user Transjakarta Busway has a good customer loyalty can be done by directly conduct field studies. It is very necessary for the Transjakarta Busway to continue to provide the best service to customers to increase company revenue.
