Abstract
The purpose of this research was to determine the procedures of real time gross settlement system designated in PT Bank DKI is in compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations and determine whether the standards set have been carried out properly. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of collecting data through observation, the literatur study and interview. From the research results can be known that, in PT Bank DKI has established operational standards in accordance with the regulations of Bank Indonesia, but the realization of operational standards has not been run properly. The process of examination by the competent authority upon a report made RTGS often overlooked, this will increase the risk of burglary of funds by officer.
