Abstract
This paper has a purpose to know about the people Pondok kopi’s purchasing power of the electrical energy to the electrical energy cost increases set by PT.PLN (PERSERO) in 2010 and factors driving its cost increases. Research method that used is quantitative descriptive analysis with searching data through library, observation and interview. From writing result can concluded that the increase of electrical energy cost in 2010 still within the line of the people Pondok kopi’s purchasing power that the increased of electrical price set by PT.PLN (PERSERO) is still under the people’s purchasing power, specially for household sector with 1300 VA power connection.
