Abstract
EKA DEWI ASIH HANDAYANI. 2012. 8323097633. Estimates The Preparation Tecnique Withdrawal Unit The Treasury Service The Office of The State. DIII Accounting Studies Program. Accounting Department. Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta. The work is structured ilmiah aims to find out about the preparation of engineering estimates of labor force withdrawal of funds by the Office of The State Treasury. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with data collection through interviews, observation, and literature study. From the results of the writing can be seen that in the preparation ogf engineering estimates of withdrawals begin by compiling a schedule of activities include in Budget Activity Details-Ministry/Agency (RKA-K/L). Unit expenditure estimatesor opinions to be obtained relating to the implementation of these activities. Next, estimate the need withdrawal updating, to adjust to changing condition. In the process of disbursement of funds sometimes there are some obstacles which the funds were not disbursed so that the resulting return on SPM. Conclusions in this study is that in preparing estimates of withdrawals there are some techniques that must be considered and the bottleneck stretcher funds can not be cashed.
