Abstract
The objective of this research is to discover the application of profit sharing system and the calculation of Mudharabah fincancing and funding at BNI Syariah Cabang Jakarta Timur. The method used in this research is Descriptive Analysis with Observation and Interview data collecting method. From this research can be discovered that BNI Syariah Cabang Jakarta Timur is applying both of the Mudharabah Financing, which is Profit Sharing and Revenue Sharing. The application of the method is determined at the beginning of the contract agreed by both of the party. Meanwhile, the sharing used on Mudharabah Funding is Revenue Sharing method. The amount of ratio percent for Mudharabah Financing and Mudharabah Funding is determined at the beginning of the contract with the trading process according to Islamic aspect. From this research can be concluded that the sharing system apllied by BNI Syariah Cabag Jakarta Timur is suitable with the Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Fatwa DSN No. 15/DSNMUI/ IX/2000 about Results of Operation Principle in Lembaga Keuangan Syariah and also Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No. 02/DSNMUI/IV/2000 about the Savings.
