Abstract
Scientific work aims to find out about application of systems and control procedures for granting Kredit Multi Guna (KMG) and to determine whether the application of systems and procedures have been effective. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method of data collection and interviews with documentation regarding the implementation of surveillance systems and credit procedures and its monitoring procedures and then be evaluated based on existing theory or to the provisions of Bank Indonesia. From the results it can be seen that the credit monitoring systems implemented by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia is The Embedded Control System (Waskat) involving parties who support each other over the control. In terms of procedures and their credit control procedures applied by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) that has been effective since the stage prior to supervise the provision of credit, credit disbursment and supervision while supervision the return of the obligation by the customer. From NPL rasio (Non Performing Loan) we can look that this case is appropriate for circular Indonesia Bank No.6/23/DPNP date on Mey 31 2004 mention that the rate of NPL ratio to be good if it less than 5%.
