Abstract
This paper propose to find out the actual budget arrangement and evaluation on non-profit organization at the Al-ikhlas'86. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative through field studies and literature studies data collection techniques. As the conclusion, the approach of budget arrangement at Al-ikhlas'86 foundation is more concerned to the achievement of performance than of cost savings. Besides, the approach of budget evaluation is using percentage ratio. Both of budget arrangement and evaluation at Al-ikhlas’86 foundation has been running well.
