Abstract
Scientific Work aims to find out about the application of production costing to increase the return on Premium Distro Nation. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the methods of collecting qualitative data through observation, interviews and data processing system with target costing. From the research results can be seen that target costing system plays a role in the production cost determination of shirt on distributions Premium Nation without reducing the quality of products, primarily on direct labor costs are decreased.
