Abstract
Scientific work aims to find out about how todecision decisions in inventory management for the next period in order to get a clear picture of the merchandise inventory is applied. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the calculation or formula. From the results of the writing can be seen that the inventory is also an estimate that can create profit.
