Abstract
ABSTRACT Augi Adam, 2017 : The Influence of Firm Size and Corporate Governance to Cash Conversion Cycle Of Manufacture Companies Listed With The Indonesia Stock Exchange From 2012 To 2015. Thesis Department Of Accounting Faculty Of Economics, State University Of Jakarta. This research aims to analyze and assess empirical evidance about company size and corporate governance on cash conversion cycle. firm size was measured with logaritma natural of total assets and Corporate governance with indepenent commissioner was measured by proportion of independent commissioner to board of commissioner, and audit committee was measured by size of audit committe. This research uses sample manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2013-2015. The number of manufacturing companies that are used as research samples are 24 companies for 3 years using purposive sampling method. The purpose of hypothesis in this study using multiple regression method. The results hypothesis showed sishow that independent commissioners have not significant effect on the cash conversion cycle. in the other hand, firm size and audit committee significantly influence on cash conversion cycle.
