Abstract

D-III Study Progam Accounting. Faculty Of Economycs, State University Of Jakarta. In any operational activities carried out in terms of public services and development, and so the Government sued for accountable to the community because the funds are funds that Budget Revenues come from shopping. Revenue budget Spending which is a picture of planning within a certain period. If the low budget absorption means that government performance is low.The purpose of this study is to: (1) find out the financial performance with value for money that there are three indicators that economic ratios, efficiency, and effectiveness, (2) know the development of the Government's performance from year to year. This research method using quantitative descriptive methods, i.e. data that is expressed in the form of numbers, words and images. The Data used is the report realization of Budget years 2010-2012. The technique of data collection by observation. Results of the study showed that the ratio of the size of the economic analysis of economical levels up and down the Government in using the budget from 2010 to 2012, in 2012 the Government economical rates go up because there are some posts that increase and decrease. Results of the analysis of the efficiency measures can be deduced that the Government could meet the target of achieving its revenue but also his great realization. Results of the analysis of effectiveness can be proved that the Government was able to meet the target of achieving revenue over the past three years and maximize the use of facilities owned by in an attempt to generate income.
