Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This scientific work is purposes to know how efficiency utilization of asset in PT Martina Berto, Tbk in 2008 until 2012. The method used in this research is quantitative method with data collection method is secondary data of financial report are derived from the IDX website. From writing result can concluded that in handling the efficiency utilization of asset very important for determine success of the performance in company.
