Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper aims to find out about the company's capital structure policy on property Agung Podomoro Group. The reason for choosing this topic because of how the management of capital structure policy decisions in the future. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of research using secondary data through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Descriptive analysis is the study of specific populations to formulating problems, collect data, process data, present the data and draw conclusions on the results of research conducted efficiently and systematically.
