Fakultas Ekonomi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This Scientific papers aims to find out about withholding income tax (PPh) reporting compliance Article 23 in PT. Sucofindo (Persero). As well as knowing how the realization of cutting income tax acceptance Article 23. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through the study of inheritance, observation and interview of compliance in the reporting of income tax article 23: with checks from the realization of the acceptance and realization of income tax (PPh) acceptance Article 23 reporting through data that has previously been accepted. From the research results can be known the level of reporting of income tax article 23 in 2012 it is stated that the level of realization in 2012 with the highest percentage in December with a percentage level 19,88%. And lowest in November with a percentage level is 2.97%. As for the realization of the highest reporting rate in January, with the percentage compliance 99.28%. While the percentage reporting the lowest percentage rates in April with 91.42%.
