Abstract

ABSTRACT VERRA GITANISA. The effect on interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates, Inflation and Liquidity for interest rate of time deposit. Faculty of Economic. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2016 This research aims to examine the influence of interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates, Inflation and Liquidity for interest rate of time deposit Bank Umum Swasta Nasional (BUSN) Devisa. This study uses secondary data. Data collected in this research includes data deposit interest rate and liquidity obtained through the Statistik Perbanakan Indonesia (SPI), inflation data and interest rate of Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI) obtained through the period of 2011-2014. This research uses time series of data which is forty eight months. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. Result from this research showed that the SBI interest rate positive significant effect on interest rates on deposits, while inflation is a significant negative effect on interest rates on deposit and liquidity positve significant effect on interest rates on deposits. SBI interest rate variable, inflation and liquidity can explain the deposit rate amounted to 77,6% while the rest can be explained by other factors.
