Abstract

ABSTRACT Anindito, 2015; Influence of Net Profit and Free Cash Flow to Stock Return on Companies Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in Performing Initial Public Offering This study aims to examine the influence of financial measurement such as Net Profit and Free Cash Flow in the event of Initial Public Offering. Those two variables are taking the role of independent variable and stock return is used as dependent variable. The period of observation is three calendar years, from 2008 until 20010. The data used in this research are secondary data obtained from ICMD. Total number of sample used in this research is 55 companies which commences Initial Public Offering of stock options during the research period Therefore, sampling method used by researcher is purposive sampling. Test of data using SPSS 17 software. This study resulted in the information that the first independent variable, Net Profit influenced the dependent variable Stock Return positively and significantly. The other independent variable, Free Cash Flow affected the dependent variable insignificantly instead. Both independent variable influenced the dependent variable simultaneously. Key words: stock return, net profit, free cash flow.
