Abstract

ABSTRACT Anis Lutfianingsih, 2015: The Influence of Profitability, Liquidity and Environmental Disclosure on Firm Value in the Mining Sector Companies Listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity and environmental disclosure on firm value. Firm Value is the dependent variable in this research were measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER). Meanwhile for the independent variables using profitability were measured by return on equity (ROE), liquidity were measured by current ratio, and environmental disclosure is measured by scoring techniques developed by Hossain et al. Secondary data used in this reasearch with a population of mining companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2013. Sampling method used in this research was purposive sampling with 17 samples choose. This research uses multiple regression method to test the hypothesis with SPSS computer program. The results of this research are the profitability has negatively and significant influence on the value of the company, liquidity and environmental disclosure has no significant influence on the value of the company. Keywords: Profitability, Liquidity, Environmental Disclosure and Firm Value.
