Abstract

ABSTRACT Bimo Handaru Jati, 2015: The Effect of Ownership Structure and Ownership Concentration on The Enterprise Risk Management. This study aimed to examine the effect of ownership structure and ownership concentration on the enterprise risk management. Independent variable in this studyis the management ownership, institutions ownership, public ownership and ownership concentration. The dependentvariable in this study is the enterprise risk management. The sample used in this study is a secondary data derived from the Indonesian StockExchange (BEI), the annual report of the manufacturing industry in Indonesian StockExchange listing of the years 2011-2013. Samples were taken by using purposivesampling method. The samples used were 13 manufacture over period of 3 years (20112013).Themethodofanalysisinthisstudyusingmultipleregression. The results of this study indicate that management ownership, institutions ownership, public ownership enterprise risk management. While ownership concentration does not effectthe enterprise risk management. Key Words: Eterprise Risk Management, Ownership Structure, Ownership Concentration
