Reza Zia Ul Rahman, 2014: The Influence of Net Income, Liquidity,and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) Towards Dividend Policy on Manufacturing Industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2012 Advisors: I) Yunika Murdayanti, SE, M.Si, M.Ak; (II) Ratna Anggraini, SE, Akt., M.Si. This research aims at examining the influence of net income, liquidity, and investment opportunity set (IOS) toward dividen policy on manufacture industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2012. in this research net income, liquidity, and investment opportunity set (IOS) as the independent variables and dividend policy as dependent variable. This research uses secondary data which is the audited financial report of the company. The sample used is based on purposive sampling which are 13 companies qualified in this research. This research conducts multiple linear regression analyses method to examine the hypothesis in the level of significance 5%. This research proves that the net income and liquidity has no effect on dividend policy., whereas investment opportunity set (IOS) have positive and significant influence towards dividend policy. net income, liquidity, and investment opportunity set (IOS) altogether or simultaneously has influence towards dividend policy. The independent variables used such as growth net income, liquidity, and investment opportunity set (IOS) are able to explain the dependet variable which is dividend policy 71.1%.
