Abstract
Chandra Kurniawan, 2011; The influence of return on assets and total assets turnover to stock return. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the influence return on assets adn total assets turnover of stock return. This study uses financial statement data in 2008-2009 on LQ45 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Total sample of 42 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple regression analysis is used in this research. T test and F test are used to test the research. The results of this study indicates that simultaneous return on assets and total assets turnover effect on stock returns. From the result of testing partially, show that return on assets variable is more influenced on stoch return, while total assets turnover variable affect stock returns. From the result of coefficient of determination, the variables, ROA and TATO affect stock returns by 30%, while the rest is influenced by factors outside this regression model.
