Abstract

ISNI MAWADDAH. The Influence of Local Financial Information System and Local Financial Management to Budget Absorption in Dinas Tenaga Kerja and Transmigrasi Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Faculty of EconomicUniversitas Negeri Jakarta.2015. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of local financial information system andlocal financial management tobudget absorption in Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Samples of this research are employees that conducting budget and finance as much as 37 respondents.. Data of this research is primary data. An analyze that used is multiple linier regression using SPSS computer program. Simultaneous hypothesis testing result show that both of independent variables like local financial information system and local financial management have positive and significant effect to budget absorption. The partial hypothesis test result also show thatlocal financial information system and local financial management have positive and significant effect to budget absorption. Keyword:local financial information system, local financial management, budget absoprtion.
