Abstract
Febriani Triastuti, 2012; The Influence of Environmental Performance, Corporate Growth, and Capital Structure on Firm Value. The objective of this study is to empirically examine the influence of environmental performance, corporate growth, and capital structure on firm value. The research samples were corporate which are listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange and listed in announcement of PROPER Ministry of Environment period 2007-2009. Total samples in this research are 14 corporates. Statistical methods used were t test, F test, and double linear regression. SPSS 17 for Windows is used for data processing. The results showed that environmental performance had positive affect on firm value but not significance. This results of this study are consistent with previous research primarly conducted by Susliyanti (2007). Corporate growth had positive affect on firm value but not significance. This result is inconsistent with Kim study (2009) which said corporate growth had significantly positive affect on firm value. Capital structure had significantly negative affect on firm value. This result is consistent with the previous study (Chandra, 2007) but inconsistent with Mas’ud study (2008) wich said capital structure had significantly positive affect on firm value. All of the independent variables which are environmental performance, corporate growth, and capital structur had simultaneous affect on firm value.
