Abstract
Tri Oka Putra, 2015: The Influence of Applying e-Government Policy and Budgeter on the Performance of Local Government Employees (Empirical Studies On the Jakarta Provincial Education Office) The Purpose of this research is to analize the influence Applying eGovernment Policy and Budgeter on the Performance of Local Government Employees. There are three factors in this research that are Applying eGovernment Policy and Budgeter as Independent Variables and the Performance of Local Government Employees as Dependent Variable. The sample that use in this researh is obtained from the employee that participate in the budgeting process. The data that use in this research is a primary data and the sampling process using purposive sampling method. An analyze that used is multiple linier regression with significancy level at 5 percent. From the analysis performed in this research, it can be conclude that all of the independent variables like applying e-government policy and budgeter influence to the Performance of Local Government Employees in partial.
