Abstract

Tri Vidyananda Andre Putra, 2015: The Effect Of Capital Expenditure, Intergovernmental Revenue and Leverage On The Financial Performance Of CentralJava Government (2009-2013). This research aims to understand the effect of capital expenditure, Intergovernmental Revenue and leverage toward the performance of the government finance .The variable that tested in this research is capital expenditure, Intergovernmental Revenue and leverage as the independent variablewhilefinancialperformanceoflocalgovernmentasdependentvariables .Thestudysampleit consistsof35districtsthereareintheprovinceof central java2009-2013year.The datausedinthis researchwassecondarydataand sample election with the use of sampling methods purposive. Instrument the analysis used is linear regression analysis doublethelevel of significanceat 5%. The resultsofthe testingofhypothesesindicatethatcapital expenditure having results which significant negative on the performance of the local governmentfinance. Thenbalancefundhavingsignificant results positivelyon the performanceofthe local governmentfinance. Howevernotfoundevidence that leverage having results that significant on financial performance of local government.
