Abstract

Nandya Vivi Artantri, 2013: The Effect Of Local Original Income, Public Debt To Specific Allocation Fund and Wide Area Toward The Allocation Of Capital Expenditure.; 1st Advisor ; Dra. Etty Gurendrawati, SE, Akt, M.Si , IIst Advisor ; Rida Prihatni, SE, Akt, M.Si. This research aims to examine the effect of local original income, public debt to specific allocation fund, wide area toward the allocation of capital expenditure through simultaneously and partial test. This research using the secondary data obtained from Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan Depertemen Keuangan Republik Indonesia the website for the year of 2009 and 2010. Data that collected in this research include the realization report of the estimate income of regional expense (APBD) for the year 2009 and 2010. Numbers of sample used in this research is twenty eight (28) local governments which is has been passed the purposive sampling used by researcher. From the data collected, then processed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This research proved that there’s an negative not significant the effect of local original income and specific allocation fund toward the allocation of capital expenditure. There’s an positive significant influence between public debt and specific allocation fund toward the allocation of capital expenditure. There’s an positive significant influence wide area toward the allocation of capital expenditure. The result shows that Effect Of Local Original Income, Public Debt To Specific Allocation Fund, and Wide Area will affect simultaneously to the specific allocation fund toward the allocation of capital expenditure.
