Abstract

Puspa Indah Nurfitriani, 2013; Effect of Free Cash Flow, Dividend Policy and Growth Opportunity on Debt Policy on Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2008-2011. This study has the objective to determine the effect of free cash flow, dividend policy and growth opportunity to the debt policy. This research was conducted on 15 samples of the companies listed on stock exchanges Indonesia for four years ie from 2008-2011. This study uses multiple regression analysis with classical assumption test. These results indicate that free cash flow and growth opportunity has a positive influence on debt policy, while the dividend policy has a negative effect on debt policy. The results of this study also showed that the variables of free cash flow, dividend policy and growth opportunity to have an influence on debt policy. Keywords: free cash flow, dividend policy, growth opportunity, and debt policies.
