Abstract

Rio Firnanda, 2013; Effect of Intellectual Capital and Return on Equity Market Performance in Manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has the objective to find out the influence of intellectual capital and market performance on stock returns in companies listed on stock exchanges in Indonesia. The study was conducted on 16 samples of companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange by using time series data from the year 2009 until the year 20011. Results of this study indicate that intellectual capital and market performance jointly influence on stock returns. The test results also show that the market performance have a significant effect on stock returns, whereas no significant effect of intellectual capital. Keywords: intellectual capital, market performance, and stock returns.
