Abstract
Muhamad Soleh, 2012; The Influence of Audit Technology and Job Stress on Auditors Performance. Adviser I ; Indra Pahala, SE, M.Si., Adviser II ; Diena Noviarini, SE, MM.Si. This research aims to determine the influence of audit technology and job stress on auditors performance in Jakarta. Variables used in this study is the Auditors Performance as the dependent variable and independent variables are: Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs) and Job Stress. Objects in this study is limited to the auditor the public accounting firm in Central Jakarta. The samples are taken using purposive sampling method. The samples used in this study amounted to 34 respondents. Data analysis was conducted by using multiple regression method at significance 95%. The test results by multiple regression showed that partially CAATs significant influence the performance of auditors and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of auditors. Simultaneously show that the CAATs and job stress have a significant effect on the performance of auditors, with the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.392, indicating that 39.2% dependent variable (auditors performance) is affected by the independent variables in this study, While the rest of 60,8 % is influence of the independent variable other not to be researched.
