Abstract

S.i The Investment is an investment or asset owned and usually long term with the hope of future benefit in the form of capital gains and dividend yield. Before making an investment would need to ascertain whether the capital invested can provide a return (return) is expected, that is by knowing the company's performance. Things you can do is analyze the relevant company's financial statements where the financial report is a reflection of the company's management achievements in the period. Some steps taken to create and facilitate the investors contribute capital market, one of which introduces a new index, named LQ 45. Research purposes to determine the effect of Earning per Share, Cash Flow, and the Book Value of stock returns. The data used are secondary data from company financial statement data and stock price data. The population in this study are the stocks that are listed in the LQ-45 index period December 2009 to 2011. Samples used in this study as many as thirteen (13) company. Sample collection techniques using purposive sampling techniques. Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Analysis. Multiple linear regression test used to test the effect of variable accounting profit and cash flow to stock returns. These results indicate that simultaneous three independent variables have an influence on the dependent variable and partially variable earnings per share and book value does not significantly affect stock returns. While the cash flow variables have an influence on stock returns. Based on this research, it can be suggested for further research are expected to prolong the period of observation, using other variables that are not addressed in this research model.
