Abstract
Marisa Astrid Chandriyanti, 8215132297, The Effect of Sales Growth, Profitability, Asset Growth , Liquidity to The Capital Structure on Non- Financial Company That Joined The LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2012 – 2016. Thesis, Jakarta: Concentration of Financial Management, Bachelor Degree of Management, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The purpose of this research is to test empirically the effect of Sales Growth, Profitability, Asset Growth , Liquidity to The Capital Structure measuread by DER (debt to equity ratio ). The data used in this research in the form of annual report and financial statement on non financial index lq45 published in indonesia stock excahnge during the period 2012-2016. Method of the sample in this research used the technique purposive sampling where samples were selcsted based on criteria devoted to particular goal and with the get a representative sample. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with fixed effect model approach. The result of regression analysis of panel data shows that variable sales growth has negative and unsignificant, variable profitability has negative and significant. Assets growth has positive and significant, liquidity has negative and unsignificant. Keyword : Capital Structure, sales growth, profitability, assets growth, liquidity.
