Abstract
Tissa Dwi Septiandra, 8215132708, The Effect of Leverage, Capital Intensity and Cash flow from Operating To Financial Distress On Miscellaneous Industry Sector That Listed In IDX 2011-2015, Study Program of S1 Management, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, capital intensity and cash flow from operating on miscellaneous industry sectors listed by Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period (2011-2015). The study used purposive sampling method that produce 33 sample with 165 observation. The research method used the pooled data regression using fixed effect model. Leverage measured with debt to equity ratio (DER), capital intensity used Total Asset to Sales, and cash flow from operating used Cash Flow to Sales. The result of the research is, capital intensity have negative significant effect to financial distress, while cash flow from operating have positive significant effect to financial distress. Meanwhile leverage have no significant effect to financial distress. keyword: Financial Distress, Leverage, Capital Intensity, Cash flow from Operating.
