Abstract
Pempek Beranak is a culinary business that produces and sells typical pempek Palembang but with the name and the look more unique. Pempek Beranakk is a home-based business located on the Street 5 Melawai, South Jakarta. This business of using a blend of noodles, meatballs, sausage, eggs and shredded as the stuffing of pempek. Pempek promotion is done via instagram, BBM, Whatsapp and posters as advertising media. Based on the results of the analysis, the business is eligible to run.
