Abstract
This paper has a purpose to determine how about the application of profit sharing system in Sederhana Lintau Restaurant for employee service response. Research method that used is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, of data collection through field observations, interviews, and data through library. The growing Business restaurant requires proper system to manage it properly. Profit sharing system is another system of the management restaurant that is useful for ascending performance and turnover of restaurants that would be based on employee job satisfaction. From the results of this study concluded that the implementation of the profit sharing system as employee service response, explaining that all parties receive appropriate proportion to the capabilities and expertise based on mata index or index points given to all employees.
