Abstract
This paper has a purpose to determine the application of the operational budget in the form of co-operative enterprises on KOPDA Central of Jakarta (Employees Cooperative Ministry of Religious Affairs Central of Jakarta). The method used in this research is analytical description by attaining data through literature studying, observation and interviews. Budgeting is the process of preparing the budget so that the budget is the result of budgeting. Implementation cooperative operational budgeting is very important to run the day-to-day activities. Operating budget consists of budget revenues and budget. Therefore, the cooperative board shall prepare a budget each year. From the results of the writing can be seen that the application of the operating budget on KOPDA Central of Jakarta (Employees Cooperative Ministry of Religious Affairs Central of Jakarta) the difference between an operating budget that has been made with the realization that occurs, it is seen in the annual report on the cooperative's budget.
