Abstract
In keeping with the result of the observation to the consignment sales it was found that consigned goods claimed by P.T. Rajawali Nursindo Palembang as its goods supply which legally related to the property of consignor dispacthing the shipping expense. In this case, the main problem was the aplication of consignment Accounting was not appropriate to be done at P.T. Rajawali Nursindo Palembang. This research was aimed at knowing the process of recording of consignment accounting and itsobstacles encountered by company it self. Based on the observation and the analysis done, it showed that the company gained profits much bigger that it should be. Besides that, regular sales and consigned sales conducted lately was not really good. In stead, the company did different types of sales record, regular sales and consigned sales, and it was dispacted shipping expense on each.
