Abstract
This paper has a purpose to know about effectiveness the implementation of production system at PT INDOCEMENT TUNGGAL PRAKARSA. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data through library, observation, and interview. From writing result can concluded that in handling the implementation of production system very necessary for the success of production and effectiveness production system very important for determine the success of production system
