While the dependent variable is the underpricing level. From the results of statistical testing using the F test values obtained 0.028 significance level smaller than 0.05 degrees of confidence that it can be concluded that simultaneous variables ROA, leverage, firm size, auditor reputation, underwriter reputation, and the percentage of shares offered to the public affects to the underpricing level. But partially only auditor reputation variables that affect to the underpricing level with a significance value of 0.033 is smaller than the degree of confidence 0.05.
