Abstract
Samuel Simanjorang, 2012, “Influence of Profitability, Size of Firms, Liquidity, and Age of Firms to Audit Delay”. Department of Accounting Faculty of Economy State University of Jakarta. This research aims to know empirical evidence as for factors influencing audit delay or the manufacture firm listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The factors to be análysised in this research namely profitability (ROA), size of firms, liquidity, and age of firms. Sample of this research is 90 manufacture firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2007 - 2009 that selected by using purposive sampling method. Technique of anáyisis for examining the hipótesis was logistic regresión at level significance 5%. Result of this research identify that profitability (ROA), size of firms, liquidity, and age of firms not have an affect to audit delay but simultaneously this four factors significantly affect to audit delay of the firm listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
