Abstract

Silvia Anggraini, 2012; The Influence of Accounting Income, Operating Cash Flow and Company Size on Cash Dividend of the Manufacturing Companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Supervisor (I) Yunika Murdayanti, SE, M.Si (II) Dra. Etty Gurendrawati, M.Si, Ak. The purpose of this research is to prove The Influence of Accounting Income (X1), Operating Cash Flow (X2) and Company Size (X3) on on Cash Dividend (Y). The population of this research are 149 IDX listed–categorizing– Manufacturing Companies in 2008, 2009, and 2010 (time series). Samples are voted by using purposing sampling technique and are chosen 15 companies by such criteria. Writer uses the analysis of multiple linier regretion to perceive the influence of independent variable on dependent variable and classical test assumption to explore the existence of dependent and independent variable. This test shows that accounting income and Company Size significantly affects to cash dividend, whereas the operating cash flow do not significantly affect to cash dividend.
