NIMAS AYU KUSUMANING HARI. Relationship Between Teacher Training with Teacher Professionalism at SMK N 44 Jakarta Jakarta. Studies Program Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The study lasted for five months, starting from February 2012 to June 2012. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. In this study, the population of the entire Guru SMK Negeri 44 Jakarta who are 40 teachers. Then, based on the determination of the sample table of Isaac and Michael amount of sample from a population with a sampling error of 5% is 36 teachers. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. To capture the data variable X (Teacher Training), used secondary data from teacher training data, the reliability results of the variable Y (Teacher Professionalism) for 1,000 As for the variable Y (Teacher Professionalism) used the instrument in the form of questionnaires, distributed to all teachers at SMK N 44 Jakarta, after it tested the validity browse through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha formula. Test requirements analysis is performed by finding that the regression equation is y = 0.302x can + 143.73. Next is a test for normality of estimated regression error on X by using the test and earned Liliefors Lhitung = Lo = 0.1443 compared with Ltabel at the 0.05 level of 1.477. the Lo <Lt. This means that the error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Obtained regression test keberartian Fhitung (11.77)> Ftabel (4.13), this proves that the regression mean. While the linearity test result Fhitung (1.23) <Ftabel (2.33), this means that used linear regression models. Product moment correlation coefficient test produces rxy for 0507. Then proceed to test the significance of the coefficient by using t test. The results obtained are tcount (3.433), whereas a TTable on dk = n - 2 = 36-2 = 34 and the 0.05 level is 1.69, meaning t count> T Table. The calculation of the coefficient of determination yield = 0.5072 = 0.25704 rxy2. This shows that 24.06% variation in labor productivity is determined by functional conflict. Conclusions of this study is that there is a positive relationship between teacher training with the professionalism of teachers at SMK N 44 Jakarta.
