Abstract

ABSTRACT FADHLI RIZKY ARSYADI. 8105102914. Correlation Between Self-Concept With Achievement Motivation Students of SMKN 48 Jakarta. Scientific Paper, Jakarta: Concentration of Office Administration Study Program of Economics Education, Department Economics Administration, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2015. The purpose of this research is to detect correlation between self-concept with achievement motivation on Students of SMKN 48 Jakarta. The research is done during for four months since October 2014 to January 2015. The method of research is survey method with correlation approach. The population research was all of students with total 834 students, and 155 students for sampling and used proportional random sampling. Instrumen that used to get variabel data X (Self-concept) measured by Tennesse Self-Concept Scale Second Edition (TSCS : 2). For Variabel Y (Achievement motivation) was measured by questionnaire using Likert Scale. The analysis test by finding regression equation, that is Y = 37.37 + 0.206X, while analysis rules test that is test normalitas while analysis rules test that is test normalitas regression estimation error Y on X with test liliefors got Lhitung 0.036 < Ltabel 0,071, matters this means sample comes from population normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity Fhitung 59.45 > Ftabel 3.91 that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fhitung 0.76 < Ftabel 1.51 that show that regression model that used linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis test is done with formula product moment produce rxy as big as 0.529. Significancy test with thitung as big as 7.71 dan ttabel 1,645. Because tcount < ttabel, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found connection significant between self-concept with achievement motivation on employee PT Cipta Niaga Semesta. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 27.98% So can be taken conclusion found which are positive connection and significant between self-concept and achievement motivation.
