Abstract
ABSTRACT Aning Widya Pratiwi. The Internship Report at the Division of Human Resource part of organizational development and human resource central office PT PLN (Persero) Area Pondok Kopi, Jakarta July 13, 2017 – September 06, 2017 Majoring of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Implementation of Internship aims to add to the experience and train yourself in preparation for competition in the world of work later. Internee implement the Internship to Division of Human Resource part of organizational development and human resource of labors at central office of PT PLN (Persero) Area Pondok Kopi. The task given to Internee among others Recapitulation of employee overtime, input letter of business trip in attendance management program, preparation training employee’s, input latter of attendance about checking disciplinary action employee’s, and treatment restitution. Of the execution on the internship, internee could be understands flow of business trip and knowing , input letter of business trip in attendance management program, preparation training employee’s of PT PLN (Persero) Area Pondok Kopi.
