Abstract

ABSTRACT Adinda Ailsa Rahma, Internship Report at the Organization and Employee Development Department, Human Resources Division PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero). Bachelor Degree of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2017. Internship program is one of the required subjects in the curriculum of the Faculty of Economics (FE) State University of Jakarta (UNJ) which aims to provide a comprehensive picture of the work world. Internship program is also one way to apply the knowledge that students have acquired in the classroom to be applied in the real work world by working within the organization. The internee done the internship program at PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero). During the internship program,the internee got some assignments from the company, which are inputs scores and check the completeness of the Individual Performance Plan (IPP), Coaching, Performance Appraisal (PA) and Job Evaluation data, updated employees data on the master data, with information from the company's HRIS and SunFish system, assist some process of the recruitment, help asking the training schedule in 2017 to various training institutes and to input various training schedule on HRIS, then make FPPBJ and SPP from various activities performed by employees on the VINDO system and input invoice of taxi voucher used by companies employees. After carrying out the internship,the internee got a picture and understood of how the working environment in real work world.
