Abstract

ABSTRACT NAZIFAH SALSABILA AZLIR, The Internship Report at PT.MARTINA BERTO TBK, Bachelor Degree of Management, Human Resource Management Concentration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2017. Implementation of The Internship Report (PKL) aims to get information related with the study of the internee in order to fulfill one of the courses of the Faculty of Economic Management Undergraduate program State University of Jakarta and give students the science and experience in the field of human resource management as well as build and enhance friendly relations of cooperation between the governmental agencies with the UNJ or company. The internship program has been conducted at PT Martina Berto Tbk during January until March 2017. The internee was placed Recruitment and Selection section. Jobs given to the internee are confirm on graduation e-mail to MTDP participants (Martha Tilaar Development Program) 2017, checking the completeness of data of participants of MTDP 2017, making confirmation data about the transportation of participants of MTDP 2017, summing the results of the second phase of interviews and list the candidates who did not qualify, making the introduction letter of Medical Check Up (MCU) participants of MTDP 2017 , correcting the kraepelin test of participants of MTDP 2017. The implementation of the internship program can be concluded that the internee get about a new experience and knowledge in the field of human resource, especially in Recruitment section In PT Martina Berto Tbk.
