Abstract

ABSTRACT OKI RINALDI. The Internship report PT Wahana Cipta Sinatria. Bachelor Degree of Management. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2017. Implementation of The Internship Report (PKL) aims to gain experience related to the study Internee to meet one of the lecture program S1 management Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta and give the students knowledge in the field of human resources on the recruitment of new Engineer of Maintenance Service Division as well as to build and improve the good relations of cooperation between the State University of Jakarta with the company. PKL held on PT Wahana Cipta Sinatria who are located in Wisma Cormic, Delta Building Blok A4-7, Jl. Suryopranoto No. 1-9, Jakarta Pusat. Implementation of PKL for 40 workdays at the start since July 24 to September 19, 2017. The internee placed on the Maintenance Service Division and Human Resource Department. In the previous PKL can be concluded that the internee build experience and new knowledge in the work in new potential engineer recruitment, especially on the Maintenance Service Division in PT Wahana Cipta Sinatria.
