Abstract

ABSTRACT FRIKO NUR ROHMAN, The Internship Report at PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor Plant Tambun 1, Bachelor Degree of Management, Human Resource Management Concentration, Majoring Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2017. Implementation of The Internship Report (PKL) aims to get information related with the study of the internee in order to fulfill one of the courses of the Faculty of Economics State Univesrsity of Jakarta and give students the science and experience in the field of human resource management as well as build and enhance friendly relations of cooperation betweenthe governmental agencies with the State University of Jakarta or company. The internship program has been conducted at PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor Plant Tambun 1 during Jully until September 2017. The internee was placed setion HRD at sub section People Development. Jobs given to the internee are helping jobs of HRD sub section People Development, training, new employee orientation, handover new employee to their leaders, inputed the data of employee was permission did not go to work, make files internee. In addition, internee placed at Personal Admin section. The main task Personal Admin are doing all jobs related to the administration of employees. The implementation of the internship program can be concluded that the internee get about a new experience and knowledge in the field of human resource, especially at the People Development and Personal Admin section in PT.
