Abstract

ABSTRACT Nia Widya Utami, the internship report at PT AKR Land Development. Bachelor Degree of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2014. The internship is one of requirement of the graduate program in State University of Jakarta to finish the study before make a thesis. The internships is compiled as media in order to make a link between corporation and university and also for the college student in order to get insight and working experience, working mentality before come in marketing world and make a working network. Internships was placed at PT. AKR Land Development, located in Marketing Lounge Gallery West, Jl. Panjang No.5, Kebon Jeruk, Central Jakarta. The internee was placed in Sales and Marketing division. The internship during two months since 24th July 2017 to 18th september 2017. Internee get some tasks relates to Leases, Sales, Marketing, and Making Incoming and Outgoing Mail. From the implementation of this internship, internee the gain new knowledge and insights about the world of work, especially in PT AKR Land Development. The benefit gained from this internship is internee can also see the real situation in the company, as well as train yourself for the preparation of competition in the world of work.
